Comparability of CAHPS Clinician & Group Survey 2.0 and 3.0
A recent analysis of data from AHRQ’s CAHPS Clinician & Group Survey (CG-CAHPS) examined the comparability of data from the 3.0 and 2.0 versions of the survey. This analysis found that scores for the access and communication composite measures are slightly higher on the 3.0 version of CG-CAHPS than on the 2.0 version. The reliability of the two versions is similar and acceptable for reporting purposes.
